For this episode, I'm delighted to welcome Roch Lener, founder and president of Millimages. The studio, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, has seen the animation industry break with the times in terms of both animation techniques and audience usage. Highlights include 64 Rue du Zoo Lane, Hôpital Hilltop, Mimi-Cracra, Mouk, Didou, Corneil & Bernie, Lascars and, of course, the world-famous kawaii rabbit, Molang. This latest property overturns the codes of the genre and brings with it the transformation of the Millimages group, which once again has to reinvent itself: produce content specific to native platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram or Giphy, master digital marketing and big data, and maintain relationships with international manufacturers keen to exploit this license, which has become a veritable brand as its audience continues to grow. An important detail: Molang is barely five years old!
